Martin Kejval steps down from the CBCC Executive Committee

The co-founder of the Czech British Chamber of Commerce, Martin Kejval, announced his decision to step down from the CBCC Executive Committee.

Today, during the CBCC Annual General Meeting, Chairman Ladislav Hornan officially announced Martin Kejval’s decision to step down from the CBCC Executive Committee.

Mr Kejval is one of the founders of the Czech British Chamber of Commerce in London, alongside the current chairman Ladislav Hornan. The decision to launch the Chamber resulted from the initiative of the former ambassador HE Jan Winkler in 2008. Martin has been responsible for marketing and communications and over the years participated in many successful events; for instance CBCC's presence at the Czech House during the London Olympics in 2012, breakfast with president Vaclav Klaus at Coleridge’s, the Polo Cup Tournament, several joint events with the Czech Centre in London, and Czech Tourism with his former company Techo.

Ladislav Hornan, the Chairman of the Chamber, personally thanked Martin for his work in the Executive Committee over the past 8 years and his undoubted contribution to CBCC.

Whilst the Chamber is losing a committed and valuable Executive Committee member, Martin will continue to look after the Chamber’s IT technology and cloud hosting. He will remain an active member and is also going to participate in organising certain upcoming events.
